Light The Fuse. The band traditionally kicks off each world tour with a surprise appearance in a suitably small space. For the 2005 tour, that space was Toronto's Phoenix club, where several hundred ecstatic fans got to see the group test out new songs from A Bigger Bang, experiment with an alternative arrangement of '19th Nervous Breakdown,' and have some fun with covers ranging from Otis.

So glad that they have really been going full bore with these archival releases. My memory played tricks on me. I saw the Oakland show on the 1999 No Security tour, and did not know the way to San Jose until 2003, when I saw the 2/4/2003 show. So - I wasn't there after all, but still excited for a release from that tour. This was translated from Japanese and posted on the IORR forum.An extended version of the documentary will be released in Stripped SD Bluray and DVD.

It would consist of the CD plus DVD 4 or 4 SD Bluray containing: - the documentary - the full concert of Paris Olympia - full concert from Brixton (London) on - a montage based on two concerts recorded at the Paradiso (Amsterdam) 26 +. A long day does not cover it.

Physically and mentally draining. A very very hot August day. It was roasting. The night was cold though. The Stones didn't come on until midnight allegedly due to Keith being out of it but technical problems was the official explanation. Lynard Skynard were on the bill and were great. They gave the Stones a run for their money.

10CC were as dull as dishwater. Anyway like any big festival if your near enough to the front you get a decent sound which sadly I wasn't but a unforgettable experience nonetheless. The soundboard recording I have of the Stones set confirms that it was certainly a decent band performance but not a great one. You could be kind and call it loose. The set list was one of the longest they had performed up till that point with some oldies thrown in. Click to expand.Eh. I have 3 Macs and one car, and none of them have CD drives anymore. Easier just to rip the audio from DVD/blu-ray, that way I get the whole show.

Silly to release hours of music, but then bundle it with this cut-down hodgepodge restricted to under 79 minutes. I don't get to watch the videos that often, but I play the audio pretty regularly. (Not to mention downmixing the 5.1 track almost always provides a more dynamic listen than anything they put on CD, especially in this series).
